SAC Health

We are proud to partner with SAC Health, a reputable non-profit community healthcare organization dedicated to serving the Inland Empire.

With over 20 years of experience, SAC Health offers comprehensive, patient-centered care across 35 specialties, including family medicine, pediatrics, women’s health, and dental services. Their mission is to reflect the healing ministry and love of Jesus Christ through healthcare, education, and partnerships that empower communities to flourish.

Recognized as the largest specialty-based teaching health center in the nation, SAC Health is committed to providing accessible and compassionate healthcare to all.

REFOCUS-ON-U

We are also proud to partner with REFOCUS-ON-U, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering U.S. Military veterans and underserved communities through advocacy, counseling, and coaching in health and mental well-being.

Their mission encompasses a comprehensive three-tier approach: mental, physical, and spiritual wellness. Founded by Christine Malinda Peart, a United States Air Force veteran, the organization operates on eight fundamental principles leading to optimal health: rest, exercise, sunshine, temperance, diet, air, water, and trust.

Through personal care planning and transformational processes, REFOCUS-ON-U aims to improve the overall health and quality of life for individuals facing health challenges.

Is the Community Health Fair really free?

Yes! All services, food, clothing, and grocery items provided at the Community Health Fair are completely free for all attendees.

Do I need to register in advance?

No registration is required to attend. However, if you'd like to receive event reminders or have specific questions or needs you'd like us to be prepared for, you can sign up here to let us know.

Who can attend the health fair?

Everyone is welcome—regardless of age, background, or community. Bring your family, friends, and neighbors!

What types of health screenings will be available?

We offer various health screenings, including blood pressure checks, glucose testing, BMI assessments, and more, provided by healthcare professionals from SAC Health. Please note that these screenings are for informational purposes only and do not replace your primary care physician or emergency medical services.

What if I don’t have any health issues—can I still attend?

Yes! This is a community event open to everyone. Even if you don’t need health services, you can enjoy free food booths, kid’s activities, the clothing boutique, and opportunities to connect with neighbors. Interested in helping out? We welcome volunteers—reach out to learn how you can get involved. Absolutely! We have fun and engaging activities planned for kids, making it a family-friendly event.
